“My life before training lacked consistency and motivation. I have always enjoyed working out, but it is hard to do by myself. I didn't know where to start or what exercises I should be doing, nor did I have someone that supported me through it. Before joining, I wasn't sure if this would be the right program for me. I am not (never have been) a morning person and it is a little longer trip for me to drive then I usually would. I quickly found out that it was all worth every bit of my time though. I have lost about 20lbs in 3 months. I can definitely tell a difference in the way my clothes fit. My friends have made comments on how they are starting to see more muscle definition. Plus, I can now do regular push-ups (not just the girly ones). My life now has a totally different feel. As much as I am not a morning person, I look forward to getting up and going to training. I have noticed when I am not doing some sort of exercise I feel out of balance in my day. Plus now when I am working so hard on my body, I realized how carefully I choose my food now. I feel like I owe it to myself to eat healthy and put my hard work to good use.”

"My workout regimen before training with Rickey entailed going to the gym at least three times a week doing cardio and a weight circuit for an hour. I have always been in shape, but I was never able to achieve the definition I was looking for. I have always been a little skeptical of going to a trainer. The health and workout industry has exploded over the past decade, and there are a lot of people who say they know the best way to get you in shape, but that isn't always the case. Rickey has done a phenomenal job incorporating agility, cardio, and calisthenics to keep my figure lean, but help me achieve the definition I have been wanting. I have trouble attaining definition in my lower abdomen, lower obliques, and inner thighs which I think is common for a lot of women. With these workouts I can finally see results, and I am very happy about it. Since the training my confidence has gone through the roof. I no longer dread a workout because I am finally seeing the results I am working so hard for; my clothes fit better and working out has finally become a joy in my life."
