Xcelerated Training FAQs

  1. What does our semi-private service provide?
    - 45-60 minute boot camp-style workouts for individuals that want to create lean, attractive bodies in the shortest time possible through intense training and a results focus program.
    - This high-intensity interval training program features total body workouts with an emphasis on the core that will match you with the appropriate exercises for your current fitness level in a fun and exciting team environment. 
    - Session  times:


    Clients are expected to arrive at least 5-10 minutes early. The instructor will stay an extra 10-15 minutes following the completion of each session to address any remaining questions or concerns.

  2. How much do you charge?
    Our rates are very affordable. Depending on what level of program you are looking for will determine the investment. 
  3. What do I bring to class?
  • A water bottle or approved workout drink
  • A wipe down towel
  1. How soon will I see results and what if I don't see any?
    Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. Seeing the results you want is not overly complicated to me. I know that it comes down to your Exercise plan, Nutrition habits, and Motivation. The way you look is a representation of my work, so I will fully ensure that you will get the best in all three aspects, period. If you are accountable, take your health serious, and listen to what I tell you…you will be blown away by your results. Remember, everyone is different!

  2. Will you help me with nutritional habits?
    Yes, the Xcelerated Training program includes the Peak-Results Nutritional Coaching component. I believe in helping you in every way possible to get to that body you desire. Nutrition is a factor if not essential for your fitness success.
    The Peak-Results Nutritional coaching component will help clear any previous confusion and layout how to properly eat for maximum fitness results in minimum time.

  3. What if I can't make it to a session?
    Your accountability can make or break the results. I apply a 24 hour cancellation notice, thus you will be charged a session if you cancel within 24 hours from the session. Rescheduled sessions may be made up during same training month (In addition to normal program) unless agreed upon extended client absence of 2+ sessions, then missed sessions are added to end of program. Though it sounds strict, you will find that my Personal Training is a very high-value service. Most of my clients value me as much as they value their doctor. I will be that guy making you look younger, live longer, get more energy and feel healthier thus it is only to your benefit to be on time for your sessions.
