It's time you stop having one night stands with nutrition plans and get to the altar and marry 'til death do you part with a plan.

You see, you can lose weight/fat with almost any plan if that involves lowering carbohydrate intake and calories.

The magic, though, is in the big A- adherence. Adherence is the most important thing known to man when it comes to getting guaranteed results.

Instead of asking what's the best diet you should be doing, a better question is, “Will I be able to adhere to it consistently?”

Can you stick with this plan? Are you in it for the long haul or is it a hit it and quit it kind of fling? Will you be miserable doing it?
